Possibly from the late 19th Century this Chinese wooden panel was hand carved and has a 3 dimensional aspect to it. The scene depicts a ruler riding a deer with his retainer close by. As well as, two others that appear to be running. At some of the corners there are paint chips coming off. On the back of the panel it does have signs of pieces that have broken off but it does not effect the integrity of the piece.
